Programme Definition
Two week intense course (ten working days)

Bookings
A deposit will be required be paid to Midlands Construction College Ltd. to secure your place on the available course, Confirmation will then be sent out by return post.

Payment Terms
Full payment of balance outstanding must be paid in full by bankers draft or cash to Midlands Construction College Ltd. 14 days before start date of course unless terms are agreed. On receipt of your full payment, you will be issued with a receipt in full. If for whatever reason full payment of fees is not received. Attendance on the course will not be permitted.

Cancellations and Transfers
Cancellations made prior to start of course will result in loss of full deposit. Cancellations made within three weeks of the start date of the course applicable cannot be accepted and the full payment will remain payable. Transfers made more than three weeks from the start date of the programme will be accepted with a £25 admin charge. Transfers made within three weeks of the start date of the programme will result in loss of deposit.

Programme Changes
Midlands Construction College Ltd. reserves the right to change the format and specification of the course for the benefit of its customers without notice to the customer Midlands Construction College Ltd. reserves the right to cancel or re-schedule any course and will advise its customers as soon as any change is known. Midlands Construction College Ltd will use all reasonable endeavours to avoid changes of this nature. When this is unavoidable, Midlands Construction College Ltd. will transfer its customers to another course and give a discount of £25 for courses up to £300, £50 of courses up to £1495 and £100 off courses over £1500.

Safety
Students must bring safety footwear and must be worn at all times. Midlands Construction College Ltd can not be held responsible if students due not follow our safety policy issued on arrival.

Warranty and Liability
THE CUSTOMER ACCEPTS THAT IT IS THEIR RESPONSIBILITY TO VERIFY THAT THE COURSE IS SUITABLE FOR THEIR REQUIREMENTS AND THAT THEY HAVE THE NECESSARY COMPETENCE TO ACHIEVE THE OBJECTIVES OF THE COURSE. Midlands Construction College Ltd liability for loss or damage shall be limited to a claim for damages. The maximum aggregate liability will be the charges for the course out of which the loss or damage has arisen. Midlands Construction College Ltd. will not be liable for any loss or damage as a result of any negligence by any person attending the course as a student. Midlands Construction College Ltd. will not be liable for any indirect, special or consequential loss of anticipated profit, howsoever arising, even if it has been advised of such potential loss.
