This is a full time course for students wishing to study for the Technical Certificate in plumbing. If you are interested in a career in plumbing industry then this is the course for you.

Technical Certificates as a source of NVQ evidence

The Technical Certificates have been designed to provide a basis for the training required to support the NVQs in Plumbing, and knowledge and practical assessments undertaken by Technical Certificate candidates can contribute to the evidence requirements of the NVQs in Plumbing.

Hot and cold water storage

Cold water systems

Hot water systems

Environmental awareness

Effective working relationships

Sheet lead weathering

Central heating systems

Lead roofing components

Electrical supply

Sanitation systems

Key plumbing principles

Common plumbing processes

6 consecutive weeks

What do I need to bring?

Free basic tools and overalls are provided and are yours to keep on the successful completion of the course. Tools are only given free on all full payment of this course. A mobile canteen sells a selection of hot and cold food at lunch time.
